As a result, the tea towel may initially feel stiff or crisp, but it will soften over time with use. To expedite the softening process, simply soak it in boiling water a few times. Keep in mind that the tea towel is washing machine-safe, but it will shrink by 10 to 15% after the first wash. Avoid using bleach and do not put it in the dryer. Each purchase includes one tea towel.
