Product Description Introducing a set of 2 insert replacement sticks designed specifically for small size Sustee watering sticks. Crafted with a main body made from durable polycarbonate and a refill made from nonwoven fabric treated with preservatives. It is recommended to replace the stick every 6 to 9 months for optimal performance. Each individual stick measures 0.4 x 0.3 x 4.7" (small) and proudly made in Japan. Please note that these are replacement inserts only and do not include the Sustee Moisture Stick.

Meet SUSTEE Sustee is a cutting-edge soil moisture sensor designed in Japan. The color blue indicates that the soil has enough water, while white signifies that the plant requires watering. SUSTEE boasts a sleek and minimalistic design that complements the beauty of your plants effortlessly.

SUSTEE Color If your Sustee has turned white, it is a clear indication that it is time for watering. After watering, the white insert will transition to a blue color, signifying that the soil has sufficient water content.

Soil Sustee is compatible with a wide range of plants that thrive in soils with different moisture levels, including akadama soil, black earth, bark, coco peat, peat moss, and vermiculite.

Insertion Depth When inserting Sustee into the soil, ensure that the Ω mark on the stick is completely covered. Additionally, make sure that the transpiration opening is visible if the stick needs to be inserted deeper into the soil.

Time The time taken for the color to change depends on the amount of water given and the soil's water retention level. For initial use, water generously. The small stick typically takes around 3 minutes, the medium stick around 15 minutes, and the large stick around 25 minutes to show color change.
