Water reduction lines are included to easily measure the correct amount of water needed to cook the rice. The pot is crafted with easy-to-hold features and includes double lids made of wood and ceramic. These lids create a double pressure effect from the top, facilitating the convection of rice inside the pot. The wooden lid is constructed from sawara (Japanese cypress) wood. This pot has the capacity to cook 1 cup (1 Go) of rice.
